To ensure the best possible quality, our beans are traditionally roasted to order. This translates in a lead time of up to three working days before once-off orders are dispatched.
For recurring orders, we recommend our clients choose a delivery date that suits them, and roasting for the order is done in advance to ensure prompt delivery. (weekly, fortnightly and monthly delivery available).
We do hold small volumes of our most popular variants on hand, for emergency stock, should clients run out of beans before we can roast a new batch for them.
Our coffees are packaged in flat bottom gusseted bags, with an inner food grade plastic lining. A modern, flexible packaging, equipped with a one way degassing valve and tamper proof ziploc seal. This ensures that the coffee stays fresh, with an extended shelf life.
Once opened, we recommend grinding only what you need and keeping the rest inside the bag provided.
Reseal the bag and store in a dark, air-tight container at room temperature for best results.
We recommend using within 2 weeks of opening.
