The highlands of Guatemala produce several of the world’s finest and most distinctive coffees, and has preserved many of the traditional typical and bourbon varieties of arabica.
Sweet fruited aroma. Mild citric acidity with good body. Hints of stoned fruit in the flavour with medium chocolate powder notes in the after-taste.

We choose the roast that brings out the best flavour profile of the bean – Custom roasts available on orders of 2kgs or more.
Choose the grind size most suitable to your brewing method. Measure out between 1 to 2 tablespoons of ground coffee (depending on strength preference) per cup.
Coffee flavour begins to degrade within a few weeks of roasting. A degassing-valve helps to slow this process and our tamper-proof ziplock seal means you can store your unused coffee as is, in the bag.
Store at room temperature. We recommend using within 2 weeks of opening.
For the best results, we recommend buying whole bean and grinding as you use.
