Coffee returns
As coffee beans are a perishable product, we do not accept returns where there is no quality issue with the product you received. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that what you order will be to your personal taste, so please only order small quantities, or try one of our variety packs if you’re uncertain about a new coffee you’re trying for the first time.
Our coffees are roasted in small batches, so we rarely see quality issues. Nevertheless, if you suspect there is a quality issue with what you have received, please let us know using the contact page.
We will happily liaise with you to determine the issue and, where relevant, arrange a replacement.
Equipment
You may return any equipment you purchase through Pan Roasted Coffee Company within 30 days of purchase, provided that it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
If any item without an extended warranty has a manufacturer fault, you can return it any time up to 90 days from the date of purchase for an exchange, regardless of whether it has been used or not. However, we will need to inspect the item to confirm that there is a fault before sending out a replacement.
If your item comes with a warranty (specified on the product page), an exchange will be available for the period specified from the purchase date.
If you believe something you ordered does have a manufacturer fault, please use the details on our contact page to let us know about the issue. Please make sure to include your original order no in your correspondence, that we can locate the relevant details on our side.
