Description
The Tanzanian arabica coffees are predominantly grown on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru, under the shade of banana trees, a truly exotic location for this East African coffee.
FLAVOUR PROFILE
Bright fruity aroma. Has good body and an alluring lemony acidity. Mixed berry flavours with mild cocoa powder notes. A very balanced cup
ROAST: DARK (4)
We choose the roast that brings out the best flavour profile of the bean – Custom roasts available on orders of 2kgs or more.
DIRECTIONS
Choose the grind size most suitable to your brewing method. Measure out between 1 to 2 tablespoons of ground coffee (depending on strength preference) per cup.
STORAGE
Coffee flavour begins to degrade within a few weeks of roasting. A degassing-valve helps to slow this process and our tamper-proof ziplock seal means you can store your unused coffee as is, in the bag.
Store at room temperature. We recommend using within 2 weeks of opening.
For the best results, we recommend buying whole bean and grinding as you use.
